[39] - Pressed plants

Fall: START

sweet violets grow twice a year, in Spring and in Autumn

Fall is here, and this is a good opportunity for me to remind you that sweet violets are in bloom again for the second time this year :D. For this reason I put togather a gallery of pressed sweet violets so that you can enjoy their beauty in different iterations 🤗

Bellow are a few thoughts scribbled down this summer in a small notebook, that I wish to share with you all, especially now as we leave summer behind and we enter the colder seasons on this side of the globe:

I would stay 
In the summer shade 
Forever

To be one with the flowers in bloom, 
and with the pines, 
and the blue sky
and soft breeze.

I would like to be
Like a pine growing up the mountains
My roots firmly expanding 
beneath the ground
Near a fresh stream
Year by year I would grow taller
Enjoying the view and quiet 
In winter I would watch the snow fall,
and in all seasons the animals and birds
coming in my sight.
